Public Sector Transformation Must Be Fair and Transparent - HR Professionals
The Change Management Team that was established by the Public Sector Transformation Unit (PSTU) of the Office of the Prime Minister met on April 19 to continue preparing for the smooth transformation of state agencies towards better service delivery and efficiency. The team contributed to the Draft Master Plan of the Public Sector that is currently under consideration of Cabinet. The team also prepared a Change Management Plan that includes best practice templates to measure employee performance; communication between stakeholders; trade union relations and other matters.
