Invitation to tender for Maintenance and Janitorial Services - Closes 3:00 p.m. Monday, December 7

The Office of the Prime Minister invites suitably qualified Contractors to submit Proposals for the provision of the following Services:

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES  

ELIGIBILITY FOR TENDER

Tenderers must have:

      Valid, current Tax Compliance Certificate (TCC).

• Valid, current National Contracts Commission (NCC) Certificate.
• Taxpayer Registration Number (TRN) Certificate.

COLLECTION OF DOCUMENTS

Tender documents may be collected from the Office of the Prime Minister, 1 Devon Road, Kingston 10.  Documents will be available as of Monday, November 9, 2009 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.

RETURN OF TENDER DOCUMENTS

Sealed bids should be placed in the designated Tender Box located at the entrance of the Procurement Unit, the Administration Building, Office of the Prime Minister, on or before 3:00 p.m. Monday, December 7, 2009.

OPENING OF TENDERS

The public opening of Proposals will take place in the Press Room, Administration Building at 3:15 p.m.  on Monday, December 7, 2009.
