Minister of State Arthur Williams Transferred

MINISTER OF STATE FOR NATIONAL SECURITY

TRANSFERRED TO FINANCE MINISTRY:

Minister of State in the Ministry of National Security, Arthur Williams, has been transferred to the Ministry of Finance and the Public Service.

Mr. Williams will be assigned special duties in the Public Service division of the Ministry of Finance and the Public Service. He will have day-to-day responsibilities for matters affecting public sector workers under the direction of the Minister of Finance and the Public Service, Audley Shaw.

A statement from the Office of the Prime Minister said the transfer will take effect on Monday May 4, 2009.
