Mon, 10/26/2009 - 18:56 — writer Foster Hylton Awarded Walsh Award of Excellence Prime Minister Bruce Golding presented the Courtney Walsh Award for Excellence to 2009 World Championship Hurdler, Bridgette Foster Hylton, at a ceremony at the Jamaica Pegasus hotel in Kingston on October 14.  Mrs. Foster-Hylton is the fifth recipient of the award. Prime Minister Golding said that more funds will be assigned to community-level sports in the next fiscal budget to ensure that more sporting talent is unearthed and supported.
