Congratulations from Public for PM Golding on Government's first year in office

Mr. Golding was speaking at his monthly call-in radio programme ‘Jamaica House Live’ last night (Wed. Sept. 3) during which several callers commended him on his level of performance. He said although the task has been a challenging one, he would have it no other way. ‘As I have always said, the job did not run me down, I ran it down so I can’t complain’, he said in jest.

The Prime Minister said that he is grateful for all the support that he has received throughout the year and although he is aware of the many challenges that lie ahead, he has made a commitment and with the help and support of all Jamaicans, he intends to achieve the goals set by his Government.
