CABINET APPROVES NON DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT FOR CAYMANAS LANDS
A Non-Disclosure Agreement will replace the Confidentiality Agreement that was signed in July 2008 between the Ministry of Investment and Commerce and Chinese investors, Intercontinental Capital Worldwide Limited (ICW).
ICW is an investment consortium that proposes to establish a Special Economic Zone in Jamaica on lands at Caymanas, as a prime trading and logistic hub targeting Asian companies wishing to do business in the Americas.
